Tell me a bit about Mish

Heya! I am an accredited  mental health social worker with more than 10 years experience offering trauma informed supports in a range of 'mainstream' sectors including drug and alcohol, homelessness, mental health, family violence, school, hospital and private practice.

As an EMDR Practitioner and EMDR consultant in training, I have been using this incredible modality in conjunction with other somatic therapies such as trauma sensitive yoga to facilitate healing for the people I work with. My passion lies in supporting neurodivergent folks, BIPOC communities, people experiencing CPTSD, Dissociative Disorders, and LGBTIQAPSB+ folks navigating their experiences and lives.

I have done further training in EMDR and I offer Attachment Informed and Relational Integrative EMDR which are specialised EMDR frameworks that support you to work with all the parts of yourself that have been impacted by trauma and continue to be impacted by the repercussions of difficult memories
